بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ، فَإِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ

Urdu Translation

تیرے نام سے اے میرے رب! میں نے اپنا پہلو رکھا اور تیرے نام سے اسے اٹھاؤں گا، پس اگر تو نے میری جان روک لی تو اس پر رحم کر اور اگر اسے بھیج دیا تو اپنے نیک بندوں کی حفاظت جیسے اسے بھی حفاظت فرما

Transliteration

Bismika rabbi wada'tu janbi, wa bika arfa'uhu, fa in amsakta nafsi farhamha, wa in arsaltaha fahfazha bima tahfazhu bihi ibadakas saliheen

English Translation

In Your name, my Lord, I lay down my side, and by Your leave I raise it up. If You take my soul, then have mercy on it, and if You send it back, then protect it with that which You protect Your righteous servants.
