اللہ! میں تجھ سے برص اور دیوانگی اور جذام اور بری بیماریوں سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal barasi wal jununi wal judhami wa min sayyil asqam
English Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases.
