اللہ! میں تجھ سے دنیا اور آخرت میں معافی اور عافیت کی دعا کرتا ہوں

Allahumma inni as'alukal afwa wal afiyata fid dunya wal akhirah
English Translation
O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this world and in the Hereafter.
