The stupor of death

Verses 19-22 describe the stupor of death coming in truth, the sounding of the horn, and each soul coming with a driver and a witness, with the veil removed.

Hell and Paradise

Verses 24-35 depict Hell being asked whether it is full and answering, Is there more?, and Paradise being brought near to the righteous.

A reminder

Verses 37-45 say that in this there is a reminder for whoever has a heart or listens while present in mind, and tell the Prophet ﷺ to be patient, to glorify and to remind by the Quran those who fear the warning.
